No, we do not split months up. If you have a lot of monthly credits, we will use all your full monthly credits, you simply pay the difference.

When you enroll, we will take your first month’s payment in house, this first payment will go towards your next service. Fill out our service agreement and auto-draft forms to automatically bill your credit/ debit card, or bank account number for your monthly membership. Once the transaction is approved, your monthly credits will be available for you to use at any time. If for some reason your card or account number on file doesn’t work, we will contact you for a new payment method, so you do not miss out on accumulating your credits.

As long as you are an active member, your credits will be there until you use them. You can bank your membership credits to use towards future treatments. Miss a month, miss a year or more, active members do not lose them.

No, your monthly credits are for you to use. However, we do offer a Sleek VIP Family Membership option ($100 per month) which allows up to five family members to receive discounted services and products as well. Secondary family members pay the addon rate, only the primary can use and bank the monthly fee.

Yes. We get that life happens, we have three and six-month freezes. Simply email us at info@sleeklaser.com stating that you would like to freeze, and for how long. Once frozen, you cannot come in and receive treatments using your membership, unless you un-freeze.

Absolutely. At any time, you can change your membership level to meet your needs.

All Sleek Memberships are six-months minimum, after that they go month-to-month indefinitely until canceled in writing by sending an email to info@sleeklaser.com a minimum of 30 days before your next billing date, stating that you would like to cancel.

For VIP Membership you have 30-days after cancelation to use any unused credits. For the Hush Fund you have one year after cancelation to use your monthly credits.
